3. Internal-Use Commitment

WhatsApp Marketing Platform is created for the company’s internal purposes only. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. Your data is not used to spam or contact anyone outside the scope of legitimate company marketing operations.

We share information only where necessary to run the Application:

MSG91: recipient phone numbers and message content are transmitted to the MSG91 gateway solely to deliver the messages you send.
Service providers: hosting and infrastructure providers that store data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, usage, and activity records for as long as needed for internal operations, security, and legal compliance. When an account is deleted, the account data is deactivated and removed in accordance with our data-retention practices.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure authentication, encrypted communication, access controls, and activity monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
